Celery to molise
Instructions
Cut the celery into small pieces.
Boil 10 minutes in salted water, drain them, put them into a bowl, let cool.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil with a little water and let them dry over low heat the onions cut into the veil.
Add salt and pepper.
Grease an ovenproof dish, settle the celery, cover with the spring onion and pitted olives, sprinkle three tablespoons of breadcrumbs and place in oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

- 1 green celery
- 100 g of black olives
- 8 spring onions
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
