Sedanini with peas
Instructions
To thaw the peas and meanwhile chop the spring onions, white part only.
Sauté in a pan with the hot oil for 2 minutes over low heat.
Combine the peas, 1 ladle of hot broth and bring to cooking, stirring every so often.
Salt and pepper halfway through the cooking.
Sedanini boil in salted water.
Al dente, drain, pour into the Pan and add the chopped parsley.
Stir and serve immediately sprinkling of parmesan and freshly ground pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type sedanini noodles
- 4 spring onions
- 200 g of frozen peas
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Some scales of grana
- 1 ladle of vegetable broth
- Salt
- Black pepper
