Steaks in sherry
Instructions
Savory steaks and sprinkle with pepper.
In a pan melt half butter lay meat, gilds a minute on each side, remove from the bowl and keep aside to warm.
Cooking in the sauce pour the sherry, heat, add the remaining butter, mix and pour over steaks.
Serve well-heated.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of beef tenderloin
- 40 g of butter
- 2 cups of dry sherry
- Salt
- Pepper
