Scottiglia of boar
Instructions
After cutting the boar in chunks small pass it in a pan with the chopped Rosemary, garlic and oil.
Make stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, then add the wine and let it evaporate, season with salt and pepper and add the meat broth, bring to cooking for about 30 minutes.
Toast the bread and spread it on a serving dish, sprinkle with cheese and pour over the mixture.

- 500 g of boar's flesh
- 50 cl of red wine
- 100 g of cheese
- 100 g of peeled tomatoes
- 6 slices of bread
- 200 cl of meat broth
- 50 g of bacon
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
