Instructions

Cut the thin shredded turnip (raw).

In a saucepan bring to a boil the water with the sugar, add the turnip (raw) and cook Bowl uncovered and low flame until the liquid has almost completely consumed.

Cut peppers in half, give them the seeds and put them in the casserole with the turnip (raw), finally put the latter in a sieve and rinse under cold water to remove excess sugar.

The turnip (raw) thus prepared, sweet and spicy with a great side dish for roasted meat or fish and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
