Candied Orange rind covered with Chocolate
Instructions
Wash the oranges, dry, and cut the Peel into sticks and remove the white part.
Put them in a pot filled with cold water and bring to a boil.
Then drain them and let them boil with water.
When they are tender, turn off, let them cool and then drain them.
Meanwhile, melt on low heat the icing sugar with two fingers of water, add the zest and cook until they have absorbed all the syrup.
Put them to dry a few days lined up on parchment paper.
After this time melt chocolate in double boiler and dip the half-rind, drain and let dry before serving.
