Steak alla veneziana
Slice the onion, Brown in olive oil, add the steaks already hydrated and the glass of wine and let cook at high heat for a few minutes.
Add the flour, salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes by adding a few drops of water.
Mix well all the ingredients and serve very hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 steaks of soybeans
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Olive oil
- 1 dram of dry white wine
