Bowls of tomatoes with vegetables
Instructions
Remove a CAP to tomatoes, which should be ripe but firm; svuotateli seeds, spolverizzateli with a pinch of salt and let them upside down in the water.
Meanwhile, cut into very thin slices and baby carrots, spring onions and radishes, collecting it all in a bowl.
Add the mixed vegetables with a prepared sauce and mix briefly 60 g of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and a few drops of Worcester, then divide it in tomatoes.
Serve in serving dish, topped with a few parsley.
These tomatoes will taste so, how they were prepared, or you can serve over a thin layer of mayonnaise, tartar sauce or aurora.
