Cognac steaks
Instructions
The steaks should weigh about 140 g each.
A teaspoon of crushed peppercorns and sprinkle over the meat on both sides by pressing okay because there remains tight as a Breading.
In a pan heat the oil and butter, lay the steaks and cook 2 minutes on each side, or more or less depending on your taste.
Add salt at the last moment.
Pour the Cognac, fiammeggiate and serve.

- 4 slices of sirloin of beef
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of cognac
- 1 teaspoon of peppercorns
