Baked Scallops (Scaloppe al Forno)
Instructions
Sear and cook over high heat, in hot oil and butter well, Escalopes.
When browned, place them in a buttered ovenproof dish thoroughly.
Meanwhile, pour the cooking wine sauce, heat it and leave it a while evaporate.
Then pour it over the meat, season with salt and pepper and cover each steak with a little tomato and a slice of cheese.
To bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes on moderate heat.

- 4 veal scaloppine
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- Tomato
- Parsley
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
