Remove the sardine head, open them, remove the plug.
Fill these out with a beaten of garlic and parsley; richiudetele press down well, ungetele.
Place on Grill, Cook double 5-6 minutes per side.
Serve in a sheet of absorbent paper cone made.
Accompanying wines: Tocai Friulano DOC Friuli Aquileia, Bolgheri DOC Bianco, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.
