Sarde in baking dish with raisins and pine nuts
Instructions
Toast the breadcrumbs in a little oil in a pan.
Grate the lemon rind and extract the juice.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, raisins, pine nuts, 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
Arrange the sardines in a greased Cake Pan, season with salt, pepper, pour over some spoons of lemon juice and 1 little oil and then cover them with the mixture of breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 800 g of previously cleansed and sardines are open to book
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 handful of sultanas soaked
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 lemon
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
