Pilchards To White-Throat To Palermo
Instructions
Empty sardines, deprive of head and bone and wash them.
In a skillet in half a glass of olive oil, then Brown the bread crumbs, then put it in a bowl and mix it with water and de-boned anchovies, a teaspoon of chopped parsley, pine nuts, the raisins softened in warm water and squeezed, a little salt and pepper.
With this filling fill the sardines and place on a baking sheet greased with oil and between one and the other put a few Bay leaves.
Put salt, a little oil, the remaining breadcrumbs and bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.
Shall serve sardines to Palermo after being sprinkled with a little lemon juice.

- 6 salted anchovies
- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 50 g of sultanas
- Parsley
- Laurel
- Lemon juice
