Sancocho de gallina
Instructions
Place the clean, wash chicken and cut into touch and put it to stand for 2 hours with half the onions and tomatoes.
Fry the remaining half in a crock with margarine and garlic.
After 5 minutes, when the mixture has browned add water and bring to a boil.
At this point add the meat, corn cobs and platanos.
When the meat begins to be Lama, after 45 minutes, remove the cobs that you will save.
Join now to the cooking broth, red bananas, cassava, potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Cover and continue cooking until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked, shelled in corn beans broth and sprinkled with fresh coriander before serving.
