Thin biscuits
Instructions
The doses are for 500 g of biscuits.
Put in a bowl the butter, slightly softened, sugar and flour, then roll them into balls with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture: Add eggs, then focusing on one at a time and not mixing the next if the first is not well built, and vanilla, mixing well.
Grease two possibly iron plates: put the mixture prepared in a pocket of fabric with a smooth round nozzle and put on plates of balls of thickness of a cherry, spacing them far apart.
Chop the almonds, then place a pinch of chopped over each ball: passed the plates in the oven at 220 degrees for about 5 minutes, then levatele, remove cookies with a spatula and arrange on a serving dish, by serving them.
Wanting to keep keep in a tin box.
If you have small plates, bake the biscuits in several times.

- 50 g of toasted almonds
- 1 sachet of vanillin
