Instructions
Make the fountain with flour, eggs, butter and 2 tablespoons of wine; mix and add sugar and yeast.
Work dough until soft and smooth.
Let stand in a warm place, then roll out the dough thin and crop it with a nightcap.
Place the biscuits on the baking plate covered with parchment paper and bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, then place the cookies in a tin box for storage.

- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
