Instructions
Flatten veal slices and put in the center of each half slice of prosciutto and a leaf of Sage.
Attach the prosciutto and Sage with a toothpick stuck in the flesh.
Put the butter in a large pan, fry it, put the saltimbocca and brown them on both sides to open flame.
Salt, sprinkle them with the wine and cook for 5 minutes.

- 8 veal slices
- 8 leaves sage
- 4 slices of ham
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
