Saltimbocca alla romana (4)
Instructions
Salt and pepper the meat, place slices on each slice of ham and a Sage leaf, then put them on themselves by stopping with a toothpick.
Arrange the saltimbocca in a pan with oil and put to boil bathing, after a few minutes, with a little white wine.
Serve the saltimbocca with their cooking juice.
