Instructions
Having softened the crumb with vinegar, wring it out and put it in a bowl with the egg, parsley, capers, anchovies and garlic, all already chopped, a little salt and pepper.
With a wooden spoon mix perfectly the ingredients before adding the oil a little at a time.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- 80 g of parsley leaves
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of wine vinegar
- 100 g of capers
- 4 anchovy fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
