Biscottini dell'allegria
Instructions
Thaw the dough.
Roll out on lightly floured pastry Board.
Cut with a round cutters with wavy edges with a diameter of about 5 cm.
Knead the scraps, knock 'em dead and obtain other disks, up to exhaustion.
Crop on half of them eyes and mouth with the tip of a small knife.
Cook, spread on a buttered oven, for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Unloaded, let them cool and then spread half without eyes with hazelnut and cocoa cream.
Cover with the other half, dust them with powdered sugar and serve.

- 500 g of frozen shortcrust pastry
