Instructions
Blanch the tomatoes and peppers; Peel the tomatoes.
Crush the tomatoes and peppers in a mortar with the onion and garlic.
Add the salt.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mixture until it is cooked.

- 2 great tomatoes
- 3 private stem chilies
- 1/2 fine chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
