Polonaise sauce
Instructions
Flour, salt and pepper 200 g minced beef.
In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and roast the meat, until it becomes Brown.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and let it turn brown.
Turn with 1/2 liter of water and cook for 5 minutes.
According to the desired density blank with more or less of water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of chopped beef
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 50 cl of water
