Almond Biscuits (Biscottini Alle Mandorle)
Instructions
Using a kitchen mixer, chop the almonds with sugar and pour into a large bowl where you will add the egg white, whipped egg whites, icing sugar and almond essence.
Mix well until mixture is smooth, then, pour it in a pastry bag and with a bit of fancy shapes that you created in a pan covered with parchment paper and cuocerete in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking, pull out the Pan, being careful not to burn yourself and put a teaspoon of Nutella on each strap and ultimate cooking.
Lastly, draw them out of the oven, let cool and serve.

- 200 g of peeled almonds

- 150 g of icing sugar
- 5 drops of almond essence
- Nutella
