Bbq Sauce (Salsa per Barbecue)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a pan, stir well and bring to the boil.
Be careful that you loose dark sugar.
Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
This sauce should be kept well covered in the refrigerator.
Heated before use, then spalmatela on the meat before you cook it and repeat from time to time.
Ideal for grilled meats and poultry, especially when cooked outdoors.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 80 g of chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of dark sugar
- 6 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops of tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Pepper
