Instructions
Mix flour with sugar and, on pastry Board, impastateli with the other ingredients, adding milk to mix and give the dough the right consistency.
Let it rest for half an hour in a warm place and then roll out with rolling pin.
Cut cookies now, engraving the sheet with stencils or with a sharp knife and arrange on baking sheet greased and floured.
Simmer in oven at 250 degrees for a few minutes, until the surface is golden cookies.

- 1 egg
- 500 g of flour
- 80 g of olive oil
- 125 g of icing sugar
- 10 g of baking powder
