Neapolitan tomato sauce
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes washed them and put them in a terracotta Casserole with sliced onion, Basil and parsley.
Simmer for 1/2 hour and then pass the salsa in the Mashers.
Will keep several days in the refrigerator.
Use it to prepare Neapolitan ragù and other dips, or alone with cheese for seasoning pasta.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of san marzano tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Some leaves of curly-leaf basil
- Parsley
