Tomato sauce with meat
Instructions
Open the washed tomatoes in half, remove seeds and petioles; coarsely chop the onions and carrots; thinly slice the onions and chopped celery.
Put everything except the sliced onions, in an earthenware dish with parsley, Basil and chopped Sage.
Season with salt, stir and simmer for 2 hours.
pass through a sieve with the past aside.
Put the butter and 5 cl of olive oil in the same pan and add the sliced onions and the flesh; FRY for a few minutes.
Add the past stir well and simmer for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Suitable for all uses.
