Walnut sauce (3)
Instructions
Pounded walnuts with some pine nut mush and add them to the butter melted in a pan.
Stir and let flavour and then pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the Parmesan, Basil and chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir again and add a drizzle of olive oil and a little hot water to obtain a sauce of medium density.
Ideal for dry pasta.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of walnut kernels
- Some of pine nuts
- 80 g of butter
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 30 g of basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 thread of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- White pepper
