Instructions
Remove the skin to nuts by soaking in warm water.
Soak the breadcrumbs in the broth, wring it out and put it together with the walnuts and garlic in a mortar.
Pounded to reduce everything to mush.
Add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.
Ideal for dry pasta.
