Instructions

Prepare the custard.

Shelled hazelnuts, place them in a hot oven and lasciatevele for a while without coloring them.

Retire, spellatele, pestatele and cream mix.

Stir, sprinkle with a small glass of brandy.

This sauce is especially good with zabaglione or gelato with zabaglione.
