Instructions
Cut the onion into small dice, mince the ginger.
Peel and cut apples into wedges, place in saucepan with 1 wire water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook for 50 minutes.
Pass the Mashers and collect the puree.
Over medium heat, stirring to combine all other ingredients and cook until it thickens.
Keep the sauce in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
Very suitable for roast pork and sausages.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 750 g of granny smith apples
- 1 onion
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, cloves and mustard powder reduced
- 10 cl of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground white pepper
