Venetian horseradish sauce
Instructions
Wash the horseradish root (which needs to be fresh and not too harsh); raschiatela, grattugiatela, put it in a bowl with I sugar, a pinch of salt and vinegar.
Mix well with a wooden spoon and pour the sauce into a bowl.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of fresh horseradish root (fresh horseradish)
- 4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar unflavoured
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
