Onion and tomato sauce
Instructions
Peel the onions, coarsely and Blanch them for 1 minute in boiling water.
Drain, let cool and slice them.
Heat the oil, add the onions, cover and cook over a moderate heat for 20 minutes basting occasionally with vegetable broth.
Combine sugar, salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes removing the vegetation water.
Combine the onions and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Let cool and go to Mashers.
Let it dry a little sauce on fire.
Is ideal for chicken and Turkey.

- 300 g of onions
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
