Dried apricot sauce
Instructions
Prepare a tea and pour it on the apricots, which will inflate for 60 minutes.
Move everything to the mixer, adding brandy to taste, sugar and cream, until smooth and creamy right consistency.
Use the sauce to accompany: panettone, pandoro and other sweets.

- 50 g of cooking cream
