Salsa de jitomate cruda
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients.
If prepared ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except the avocados, which could be added just before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 diced tomatoes
- 1 diced white onion
- 8 finely chopped green onions
- 12 sprigs cilantro of (finely chopped sprigs)
- 6 chiles serranos (or chopped jalapenos peppers 2)
- Salt
- 1/3 cup of grapefruit juice (or lime juice)
- 1 medium diced avocado
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup of fresh coriander chopped
