Salsa de chile verde
Instructions
Put in Blender tomato, chilli, onion, garlic, parsley, oil, salt and pepper.
Cover and blend.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower the flame and cook stirring for 5 minutes until the sauce is raddensato.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 120 g of seedless green chillies
- == 1 small onion Sliced
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- Sprinkling 1 of pepper
