Canadian salsa
Instructions
Dilute the mustard and vinegar salt and add the diluted flour in cold water; combine ketchup and mix carefully.
Bring the mixture on medium heat and allow to thicken without ceasing to stir.
Check the seasoning and add a bit of hot pepper.
Serve hot or cold with grilled meat or fish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 glasses of ketchup
- 5 teaspoons of strong mustard
- 1 glass of the tarragon vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt
- Chili powder
