Paprika Sauce (Salsa Alla Paprica)
Instructions
Cook the sliced onion and Bacon cut into cubes in butter without making Brown the first.
Season with salt and pepper, add the velvety sauce and mix thoroughly.
Pass through a sieve and add the cream and lemon juice.
Ideal for fish, poultry, lamb, veal, eggs.

- 50 cl of velvety sauce
- 30 g of butter

- 1 medium onion
- 50 g of bacon
- 10 cl of sour cream
