Instructions

Saute to fire sugar, remove and sprinkle with white wine.

Mince scallions, black pepper, Sage, thyme; squirt with vinegar; heat and reduce.

Add sugar, chillies and chopped anchovies.

Skim if necessary.

For boiled.
