Crispy chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
Sift the flour on the work surface, placing a fountain, make a recess in the Center and add 200 g butter, softened and cut into pieces, sugar (minus two tablespoons), vanilla powder, four eggs and cocoa.
Knead everything quickly, in order to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough, wrap it in a towel and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
After this time, roll out the dough into a thick dough half a centimetre.
Cut into desired shape cookies and place on greased oven plate with rest of butter.
Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Spread on cookies peanuts and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
