English Port sauce
Instructions
Put the broth in a saucepan with roast sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the cream, stirring constantly, and an abundance of pepper jack and port.
Put back on low heat and stirring, thicken the sauce for a few minutes, without letting it boil.
Serve in gravy boat previously heated.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 glass of red port wine (red wine)
- 25 cl of meat broth
- 6 tablespoons of roast gravy
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Pepper
