Tarragon sauce
Instructions
Put the breadcrumbs soaked in vinegar.
Chop the tarragon and garlic put the mince in a bowl.
Join the crumb squeezed, pureeing and pass through a sieve.
Work the mixture with a wooden spatula, slowly stir in the salt and oil until you have a proper sauce consistency.
Serve the sauce as an accompaniment to boiled meat.

- 40 g of breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- Apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
