Instructions
Blanch for a minute the tomatoes, pass them and put them in a pan with chopped onion.
Cook on a moderate flame up to dry the sauce, add the peppers cut into strips and the other ingredients.
Continue cooking for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Pour the sauce in jars and pour a little olive oil to cover.
Seal and sterilize for 40 minutes.
