With snow flakes cookies
Instructions
Prepare the cookie dough by combining flour, sugar, softened butter, potato starch, eggs, raisin vanillin previously put to soak, to obtain a soft dough.
In a bowl put the abundant Cereal flakes and throw a little spoon to cookie dough in the middle of the cereal flakes.
Using your hands to stick the cereal flakes to the dough ball.
Put the whole thing on buttered oven tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Freshly baked cookies will be soft but cooling will take the right consistency.
Cold dust them with powdered sugar.

- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 175 g of butter
- 150 g of sultanas
- 50 g of potato starch
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- Icing sugar
- Cereal flakes
