Chinese sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
Melt well the flour in 1/2 litre of cold water; stir the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
Put the mixture into a pan and cook over a low heat.
When it comes to boiling point, add the tomato sauce, stir and remove from heat.
Ideal for meat and fish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 90 g of white flour
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 80 g of tomato sauce
- 10 cl of red wine vinegar
- 100 g of sugar
