Marinated salmon with dill of Mario
Instructions
Mix by the caster sugar and sea salt, sprinkle the salmon with dill, and then make a layer (on a large plate) of the salt-sugar mixture.
Place the salmon sprinkled with dill and covering it with the remaining mixture, let it sit for 24 hours, then remove the salmon from this mixture, rinse it, dry it and serve it cut into thin slices accompanied with mango chutney and some toasted bread crostoni.

- 1 salmon fillet of 2000 g
- 750 g of granulated sugar
- 1250 g of sea salt
- Abundant of dill
- To serve:
- Mango chutney
- Some toast of bread toasted
