Dill salmon in the microwave
Instructions
Put the slices of salmon in a baking dish and lightly salted.
Decorate with wine and cover with plastic.
Place in the microwave and cook at 3/4 of the power for 3 minutes.
Mix the bechamel with half vegetable bouillon dissolved in half a glass of boiling water.
Carefully fold the egg yolk and Creme Fraiche.
Complete with the zest of half a lemon and some chopped dill leaves.
Passed in the microwave 1 minute at maximum power.
Serve the salmon with herbs and garnished with dill barbine.

- 400 g of fresh salmon slices of 100 g each
- 300 g of béchamel sauce ready
- 100 g of fresh cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 vegetable nut
- Dill
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
