Salmon with mushrooms (2)
Instructions
Put the slices of salmon in a buttered baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and add the mushrooms, cleaned and cut into slices.
Combine butter with tassels and place in oven for about 25 minutes.
When cooked, melt in a pan a bit of butter, (held by) combine the juice of 1 lemon, whisk and pour over fish.
Serve surrounded with fungi.

- 800 g of sliced salmon
- 250 g of mushrooms
- 120 g of butter
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Pepper
- Salt
