Salmon with mushrooms
Instructions
Arrange the salmon slices in a baking dish greased with butter, salt and pepper.
Add the sliced mushrooms, butter in pieces and put in the oven for 25 minutes.
When cooked in a saucepan, melt a bit of butter, then add the juice of 1 lemon, mix and pour over fish.
Serve surrounded with fungi.

- 600 g of fresh salmon
- 200 g of fresh mushrooms
- 80 g of butter
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Pepper
- Salt
