Sacchettini ham
Instructions
Using a mixer finely chopped, but not cream, ham and raw.
Pour into a bowl, add the cheese, pepper, salt, chopped parsley previously rinsed with care, and mix until mixture is creamy.
Soon after, using a rolling pin, roll out thawed puff pastry on a work plan flour and powdered cut of about 12 cm in diameter.
Soon after, distributed in the center of each Rod stuffing and close the dough with your hands just above the filling as bags.
Brush with the beaten egg yolk and milk blended, place in a large baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve immediately hot.
Trick: in order to inflate the puff pastry, during cooking, place in a saucepan filled with water.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry (250 g)
- 150 g of ham
- 50 g of ham
- 150 g of ricotta
- Chopped parsley
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- Pepper
- Salt
